Empowering Courageous Leaders, Team Cultures, & Organizations
A life-long learner with a relentlessly curious mind, a passionate heart for growth, a penchant for iced coffee, and an infectious laugh.
Coaching transformed my own life 15 years ago. Since then, I have dedicated my career to developing leaders—whether established or emerging –to connect to their purpose, harness their strengths, and advance their professional narrative.
Weaving together an early career in theatre and film along with the past ten years in higher education, learning and development, and coaching, I enjoy collaborating with individuals, teams, and organization to strengthen their talents, take courageous action, and thrive in both leadership and life.
Coaching across corporate, educational, start-up, artistic, and non-profit settings, I thrive in partnering with clients from all walks of life. Unearthing big ideas alongside strong ideals, moving from vision concept to completion, or from random thought to inspired action.
With a blend of active listening, humor, and intuitive collaboration, I seek to partner with clients to transform their specific barriers into meaningful breakthroughs.
I personally believe who we are is how we lead; therefore, it is my sincere joy and abiding responsibility to offer a welcoming coaching space for you to wrestle with the tough questions, explore and challenge your status quo, and advance your knowledge, skill, attitudes and beliefs wherever you find it most valuable.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive. ~Howard Thurman
