Jill Goldsmith, Esquire

Jill practiced labor and employment law in Portland, Oregon with Lane Powell Spears Lubersky and as in-house counsel with Tri-Met. Since 1998, she has been a mediator, working with parties to resolve conflicts. In 2002, Ms. Goldsmith started her business, Workplace Solutions Northwest, to provide neutral fact-finding and mediation to parties involved in workplace conflict, as well as executive coaching and training for both employees and managers in employment related issues including equal employment opportunity, harassment and discrimination. Ms. Goldsmith’s business focuses on helping parties fully and completely resolve workplace conflicts with dignity and respect for each other by focusing on the genesis, not the symptoms, of conflict. Jill is a frequent speaker and trainer on Human Resources, Conflict Resolution and Workplace legal topics.
Jill graduated from UC Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!) in 1986 (Phi Beta Kappa) and UC Hastings in 1991.

Sandra has worked in the health care industry for nearly 20 years as a physical therapist, educator, researcher, author, consultant and business owner. As an undergraduate, she trained at The Pennsylvania State University and then went to graduate school where she earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.
Eager to fulfill her dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur, Sandra founded Stryker Health Consulting in 2001. Sandra developed two businesses, one a corporate consulting firm and the second, an outpatient physical therapy practice called Life’s Work Physical Therapy.
Sandra has worked with thousands of clients over the years helping them solve problems, recover health and live a full life. She has trained and coached dozens of clinicians and colleagues, educated nationally on health care leadership and published several articles in health care best practices.
