Do you work in isolation? Would you like to know more about how other business owners and leaders deal with change, customer service issues, marketing, employee issues, recruiting, planning, and more?
Many business owners can often benefit from sharing ideas with groups of like-minded professionals with similar organization types and challenges.
Groups are small and facilitated by an experienced business or executive coach. Topics are developed with input from group members. Groups meet 1-2 times per month.
Accountability Groups: 3 month commitment.
Renewable each quarter. 20 sessions per year. These groups are designed for entrepreneur executives that want regular support for goal setting and accountability and who may work in isolation. They share ideas on common business challenges and often form relationships that benefit each other. Most businesses are actively and rapidly growing their business.
Executive Peer Group: 12 month commitment.
12 sessions per year. These groups are designed for business executives that want regular support, accountability and a place to solve executive level problems. Minimum experience required.
Business Planning Workshops
A clearly defined and well-executed plan is the cornerstone of any successful business. Without it, you’re flying blind whether you are a one person business or have hundreds of employees. The NWCG offers planning in a variety of programs and twice a year we offer a special option, group planning.
Groups are small (25 or less). Participants work on their own business plan and participate in a variety of roundtable discussions led by experts in a variety of fields that impact every business including – sales, online marketing, finance, employee benefits. This event is designed for solo-preneurs and small business owners. Participants emerge with a strategic plan for 12 – 18 months and 20-30 new business contacts.
See the Event Calendar for this year’s planning workshops. Write email@example.com or call 503-954-4118 for more information.
